Description
A superbly presented example of the popular Broom 12 Metre Monarch with the most popular layout featuring offset double aft, separate ensuite toilet and shower, circular dining area to the saloon and V beds forward with wet room with Jack and Jill access. With only 3 owners from new and only 28 of these craft built this being No 25 Newly surveyed (November 2019) Antifouled and Hull polished
Fully serviced May 2019. All filters, belts, impellers and oils etc. changed. Intermediate service each season start, when recommissioning after indoor winter storage ashore October to April.
Fully serviced May 2015 year. All filters and oils changed. Side Power bow thruster with remote control and Fischer Panda 4 Kw generator fitted 2015. Engine start batteries were replaced 2015, 12v batteries were replaced 2016 when 12v Alternator was replaced on S/b engine, and new 12v smart charger fitted. No service history Pre current owner.
24v leisure batteries replaced 2017. All batteries are gel maintenance free. The 24v charger is original Broom and works properly, controlling charge rate according to battery condition.
Both cabins wired for 240v sockets, as well as 24v sockets for cooling fans when not on shorepower. Fans in situ.Top deck wired for 240v double socket for BBQ etc
Top deck wired for 12v for fone chargers, instruments, canopy light, cooling fans, fans in situ.New inverter 12v - 240v for tv and radio fitted under basin in forward ensuite.
TV is a freeview model, worked ok on our previous Broom in U.K., but this Broom has only been in Europe, does not have a successful UK aerial. Does play DVDs.White front screen with UV protection for summer use. 2 x winter screens one white one black.
Forward ensuite new Jabsco electric toilet fitted.Calor gas piping in top locker replaced 2018.CO2 alarm in galley.S/s height gauge for front pulpit rail for low bridges.
Canopy frame hinged to allow head height to drop to 3.5m for bridge clearance without having to to remove/ lower. Ideal if raining, or hot sunshine.
