Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Autonomy, a Broom Crown 37 on a residential mooring offering comfortable accommodation whether static or cruising. The Broom Crown 37 is a well thought of and sought after cruising boat, and to find on on a secure residential mooring is rare.
Autonomy is surprisingly spacious, the accommodation comprises of a large saloon, large double cabin, a second good sized twin cabin, good sized galley, and two toilet/wet rooms. There is plentiful built in storage throughout the boat and lots of windows providing plenty of light.
The galley has a gas oven and hob, washing machine and fridge, all new in 2016. The main cabin has a custom made marine sprung mattress from 2018, and there are custom made fly screens and privacy mesh for the windscreen. There were new sea cocks fitted in 2016, together with a new custom designed Webasto heating system by JPC of Brundall.
Mechanically the HT634 engines only have 500 hours after being refurbished by Volspec in Ipswich. There was a new water manifold on the engine in 2019 and the turbo parts were replaced in 2018. Autonomy is maintained in a seaworthy state and has both bow and stern thrusters.
Externally there is a new canopy from 2018 to compliment the somewhat rare hardtop meaning the external space can be used in all weathers, Navigational equipment includes VHF Radio, Autohelm connected via GPS chart plotter, Fish finder and Radar.
This is an excellent and rare opportunity to enjoy life afloat both static and cruising, with comfortable living space and affordable ongoing costs
