Description
Broom Skipper for sale in original gel top and bottom. She has never been a hire boat but now in need of some TLC to restore to her original glory.
Although retains many original features.
On the outside she benefits from a stainless steel pulpit and pushpit rail.
Teak handrails and cockpit folding cabin sides.
On the bow she has a manual winch for the mudweight.
On entering the cockpit there is seating to the stern for up to 3 people. The helm is very traditional with the original dashboard and compass and a lovely wood and stainless steel ships wheel. There are additional gauges, fuel, black water and drinking water.
In the bows is the heads to port and starboard the shower cubicle, with hot and cold to both.
The shower cubicle has a teak shower tray.
Moving further forward there is twin v berths, with storage under, that convert to a double bed, a wardrobe and drawers.
Dropping down into the aft cabin, there is the original sideboard on the portside leading to a tall cabinet and a bulkhead with galley beyond.
The galley has oven, grill and 4 burner hob. On the other side of the boat is the sink, gas fridge and cupboards.
Moving forward there is a long L shaped settee and folding table.
The settee pulls out to make a large double.
The engine is a Perkins 4108 on a shaft drive and has recently been serviced.
And With a new fuel tank fitted in 2023.
There is a current Boat Safety Certificate.
And she benefits from being able to cruise under all the bridges, tide dependant.
