A excellent example from the re known Norfolk boat builder C J Broom. This model was commissioned in 1987 and has been used by only three passionate owners . An excellent dual usage of good sea keeping and inland waterways . A high specification when built as this had the Volvo TAMD 41A's engines requested , 200hp enabling that extra power for the sea, producing a maximum speed of 21 knots and a idea cruising speed around 18 knots, of course subject to tide and conditions.This vessel has been highly maintained and it quite clearly shows once seen. This is one of the later models built that has the sepela woodwork around the internal door surrounds and throughout the galley. A folding arch that is assisted by hydraulic rams for ease of usage. A good navigation package that's all functional of Radar, VHF dsc radio, Raymarine Plotter, Auto pilot, Navtex weather station. Even an installed 4.5 kw generator plus a deck wash socket that all adds to the workings of the boat. A 6 berth construction with that large Island berth in the aft cabin. The fore cabin can either be used a two spacious single 'v' berths or alternatively a double . The saloon has that extra facility of a sliding out double berth within the settee. 2 x heads with good sized showers and electric toilets that have the holding tank facility plus a sea discharge if required. The woodwork is in a good condition for the year and the windows have been professional removed and resealed. Very good stowage throughout enabling long vacations on board with full at home facilities.. Excellent good headroom throughout and good quality upholstery , Curtains plus none smokers adds to this well looked after vessel.

Construction

GRP construction and laid up to Lloyds standard. Brooms re known quality woodwork and furniture. White gel coat on hull and superstructure that looks as she's just been built .. Non slip 'Trackmaster' external decks. Large upgraded bathing platform and boarding ladder. Folding mast for the inland waterways of Europe. Last lifted out autumn 2018, antifouled polished and waxed.

This model has the two helm layout (inside & out) and the inner helm seat can be easily removed for stowage and extra space. The Upper deck area has a good layout with universal seating and a good condition bespoke canopy for them cosy evenings etc: . Also GRP stowage lockers, fender baskets, lifebelt rings, bespoke stainless boarding ladder, Stainless Steel Whitlock davits , Outboard bracket an the list goes on..
